Action packed book - tore right through it. I liked the emphasis on justice, reason, and either/or. Iām not big on thrillers, but I could read more like this. It never emotionally moved me, but it did keep me surprised, so it was good reading material. Some parts a tad corny/gross for my tastes, but no show stoppers.

The public spotlight issue creates a lot of the conflict early in the plot, but is kind of deemphasized later on, so I never felt like there was justice for Harper. I'm glad Candice was brought to justice, but I wanted to see the serial killer's death as well. (Even though it's implied) Definitely a dark depiction of law enforcement here, and I'm left wondering if Justice ever managed to fix her secret identity vigilante violence problem and live life happily in full sunlight.
